The staff here are on point. They deliver fast fresh hot delicious food with a friendly smile!! As we were traveling this was our first time eating at this particular location. This location blows every other location I have ever been to out of the water. By far, based on service, freshness, and atmosphere as well as cleanliness, hands down the best Steak 'n Shake I have ever eaten at. So if you are in Valdosta and you do not give this Steak 'n Shake a try, you are missing out big time!!! Awesome job guys, thanks for the wonderful meal and the over all awesome experience!

Just passing through, they took al of our Steak n Shakes away. So happy we found one on our trip, since they've started using tallow. I read the previous reviews and hesitated a bit, to go here. But we really wanted it. They no longer put the garlic and parm on the fries.. however, the wonderful gentleman that took our order, brought some out for us. I didn't even ask. You just don't see this kind of thing anymore. The burger was really good, just as I remembered. The fries were awesome, just as I remembered. I watched the same man, help an older lady put her order in. And also treat her exceptionally. I don't believe this place earned any thing less than a 5 star. And give this guy a raise! You don't see this anymore. Thank you sir, for a great experience.

Was surprised to find self service menu screens to place your order as opposed to talking to a "real" person. Was simple enough to figure out, and I felt like there's no mistaking how I wanted my burger dressed In spite of the cashier crash course, it was a pleasant experience. My burger was the best I've had in a really long time, made exactly as I ordered. I highly recommend this restaurant for it's cleanliness, accuracy in food prep, reasonably short wait time and the delicious food. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The entire staff are polite and very quick to get the food out. I haven't eaten at any of this restaurants locations in about 10 years due to the drop in quality. I decided to give them another chance and I'm glad I did. Shout out to Tay on the grill for being super professional and extremely polite. Will be back.
